 For this assignment, you have been asked to address four issues about your chosen company:

• Discuss a cultural change within your selected company.
• Is the change making the company more efficient and increasing profitability?
• Discuss with your colleagues 1 advantage of cultural change and 1 disadvantage of cultural change.
• Provide an example of a cultural change you have experienced, and explain its effects on an organization you worked for.

Again, bear in mind that you are forming a basis for your Key Assignment, with this and practically every assignment you write in the course in the first three Phases. Your post should be at least 400 words in length, and it must be researched using at least 2 sources, as per CTU policy. As a reminder, you will demonstrate this, of course, by providing citations and references for your sources (refer to the sample paper in the Instructor Files for assistance). Make sure you spell check and proof read. Provide two reply posts, each at least 100 words in length.

Organizational culture is discussed in chapter 2, on page 52 in the textbook; go to chapter 6, page 159 to read about changing organizational culture. Phase 2 IP

For this assignment, you have been asked to address four issues; the first one is general, the last three are about your chosen company:

• Outline the 6 key elements of an organization's structure.
• Identify and diagram 1 organizational structure that can be applied to your company. Justify the theory with information from your research.
• Based on the 3 goals you researched last week [back in Phase 1], analyze 1 strategy that seems to be working well for your company and 1 that needs improvement.
• Add information about how the organizational structure will help reinforce what is working well and what needs to be improved. 

Your paper, submitted as a Word document, must be 800 words minimum, and it must be researched, using at least 2 sources, as per CTU policy. As a reminder, you will demonstrate this, of course, by providing citations and references for your sources (refer to the sample paper in the Instructor Files for assistance). Make sure you spell check and proof read.
